The new ceiling grid gives this tall living space a strong architectural focal point. Crisp white beams and layered molding frame dark inset panels, creating contrast that draws attention upward while complementing the existing fireplace, windows and open balcony.
Project Highlights
- Custom-built coffered ceiling grid
- Layered trim profiles and perimeter crown molding
- Contrasting painted inset ceiling panels
- Integrated recessed lighting within the ceiling layout
- Ceiling-fan placement coordinated with the central coffers
- Decorative picture-frame molding on the tall walls
- Full preparation, finishing and painting
Built and Finished as One Coordinated Design
Accurate layout was especially important in this two-story space. The coffers align across the room and work around the lighting and fan locations, while the wall molding carries the same clean geometry down the vertical surfaces. Careful preparation and painting give the new millwork a consistent, furniture-quality finish.
